Mohra HR Hiring for Real Estate Manager at Dubai Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

·Built-up a team of Secondary & OffPlan agents

·Full knowledge about the Secondary real estate market

· Develop training programs and coach the sales team

· Offer advice and motivate their team to close sales

· Set Sales Targets and Motivate Sales Team

· Perform administrative duties and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate

industry

· Assist Managers in Sales Strategy Development.

· Delegate Tasks and Set Deadlines

· Prepare Sales Reports.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Secondary .

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

· Strong sales ability

· Strong leadership abilities

· Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
