Your primary responsibility will be to handle all aspects of air ticket and hotel reservations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to company policies. Additionally, you will provide general administrative support to enhance the overall effectiveness of our team.What you will do Air Travel Coordinationthe end-to-end process of booking flights for up to 500 employees annually, including researching best routes, comparing prices, and coordinating travel itineraries.with travel agencies or online platforms to secure the most suitable flights, considering factors such as cost, timing, and employee preferences.changes or cancellations to existing flight reservations promptly, minimizing disruptions and associated costs.compliance with travel policies and procedures, including obtaining necessary approvals and documenting expenses accurately. Hotel Accommodation Management Arrange accommodation for up to 500 employees annually for business trips, selecting appropriate hotels based on location, amenities, and budget considerations. Negotiate favorable rates and contract terms with hotel providers to optimize cost savings while maintaining quality standards.Coordinate room bookings, special requests, and any necessary modifications to reservations in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.Address any issues or concerns related to hotel bookings, such as billing discrepancies or accommodation preferences, to ensure a seamless experience. Administrative SupportCreate LPO’s related to travel arrangements.Arranging up to 100 events, venue setup and catering annually.Dealing with hotels, travel agencies, catering companies.Making direct contracts with the hotels.Ensuring compliance with company policies. What you must haveAcademic Qualifications: High School / Bachelor Degree.Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year in Travel/Hotel booking.Field of Knowledge: Customer Service, Hotel & Air Ticket Reservations.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
