Job Description:

• Preparation of the corporate documentation.
• Processing of compliance requests from regulatory authorities and counterparties, preparation of necessary reports and notifications, implementation of registration actions in the Free Zones;
• Preparation of standard contracts.
• Filing of legal documents.
• Prepare the required documents for attestation.
• Review the legal notes.

We are looking for Legal assistant with the below Criteria and Responsibilities:

MALE CANDIDATES ARE PREFERRED.

• Candidates able to communicate in Arabic is mandatory.
• Good Communication skills are mandatory.
• Presentable and flexible and accountable Candidates only.
• Good English writing and speaking skills are preferred.
• Bachelor Degree in Law.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Comfort multitasking and handling multiple requests from different individuals and departments.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to help solving legal issues.
• Highly organized.
• Confer with the human resources department to provide assistance with payroll, personnel databases, and other duties.
• Offer assistance to the accounting department to provide invoices, payments, and receipts.
• 6-12 Month Experience as a lawyer in UAE.
• Ability to work efficiently under stress environment.
• It is a must to have a valid driving license.
• It is a must to have own car.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From AED2,000.00 per month
