Responsibilities:
- Responsible to identify and sell the retail banking product
- ( #personalloans ) to potential customers.
- -Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- -Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
- -Should maintain accurate up to date sales pipeline and forecasts.
- -Candidate should be well versed with regulatory compliance, internal policies and procedures.
- -Strong Personality and Excellent Selling Skills.
- -Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills.
- -Should be target oriented and self-initiator
- o Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
- o Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in Direct Sales of Personal Loans / Mortgages / Business Banking
- Fluency in English (Written and Spoken) is absolutely necessary. Arabic will be an advantage
- Candidates with previous experience in UAE who are currently in respective home countries may also apply.
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
