Responsibilities:

• Responsible to identify and sell the retail banking product
• ( #personalloans ) to potential customers.
• -Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
• -Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
• -Should maintain accurate up to date sales pipeline and forecasts.
• -Candidate should be well versed with regulatory compliance, internal policies and procedures.
• -Strong Personality and Excellent Selling Skills.
• -Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills.
• -Should be target oriented and self-initiator
• o Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
• o Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in Direct Sales of Personal Loans / Mortgages / Business Banking
• Fluency in English (Written and Spoken) is absolutely necessary. Arabic will be an advantage
• Candidates with previous experience in UAE who are currently in respective home countries may also apply.
• Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
