Key Responsibilities:
· Identify issues or gaps for the outlets and come up with creative ideas to address issues.
· Plan a reasonable budget for any operation related spendings and always seek for better solutions which fits the company’s best interest.
· Form a continuous improvement cycle to achieve the monthly Targets.
· Builds and lead high performing teams and effectively trains, motivates, managing, develops and retain talents in order to improve the sales and the quality of services.
· Overseas daily operations, optimizing schedules to minimize labour cost, support the creative ideas or productivity across all business channel and maximize the sales.
· Finding strategy around pricing, customer service, new products, suppliers, online marketing and promotions aimed to increase the efficiency and driving sales.
· Participate in market mapping to identify potential new sites as part of the business growth plan.
· Works continuously with the team to enhance the food safety cultures and customer service.
· Coordinate and accommodate with the outlet managers and staff in social media marketing and face to face marketing.
· Ensures all the team members are aware of the dress code, code of conduct, timing and leave management for organizational development.
· Monitors current versus desired field capacity to lead organizational change.
· Partners with the GM and HRM – Operations to reward and recognize teams for their results.
· Participate in P&L reviews with the Finance & Account’s team reviewing financial performance and identifying opportunities.
· Partners with purchase and other departments to develop and implement ideas that would lead to cost efficiencies and increase profitability.
· Ensures optimum cost efficiencies has been achieved in all the initiatives implemented in the business.
· Is accountable for the outlet performance and team members – mentors the team for best customer service.
· Plan, Monitors and adheres best allocation of resources within the management standards and budget allocation in line with Annual Operating Plan. Coaches the team to adhere to the above.
Qualification:
· Ideally a University Degree /Bachelors or Masters/Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
· Minimum 3 years work experience in similar role or F&B Industry.
· Excellent operational, administrative, interpersonal skills and customer service are must.
· Advanced/ professional technical skills in MS – Office, Restaurant POS Software.
· UAE Driving license.
Salary: AED 3,000.00 – 4,500.00

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop outlet strategies to raise customers pool, expand outlet traffic and increase the profitability.
· Meet sales target/goals by motivating, mentoring, training, and providing feedback or reviews to the outlet staff.
· Manage and overseas outlet operations, marketing and increasing sales & profitability.
· Manage loss prevention of machines & equipment’s through proper maintenance and service.
· Advanced team player with proficient in technical skills in MS – Office(Excel, Word, Power point) and POS Software’s in Café outlets.
· Report on buying, top & least selling, customer trends, profits and daily reports to the respective departments via proper communication channel.
· Deals with all the issues that arise from the customers or staff.
· Deliver superior service and maximize the customer satisfaction.
· Coordinate with the staff and team members in promoting the brand in the local community through word -of-mouth, the social media marketing and restaurant events to reach a broader audience.
· Controls cost and identify measures to cut waste of products & Foods.
· Organize and supervise shifts and make sure employee will taking laves as per the Annual Leave & Absence Policy.
· Regularly view product quality and research new vendors in the market with less costs and to communicate/coordinate via proper channel to the specified departments.
· Train new and current employees on proper customer service.
· Extensive F&B knowledge with the ability to recall the ingredients and dishes to inform customers and staff.
· Strong leadership, proactiveness, motivational, people skills and financial management skills.
Qualification:
· High School or Diploma(Culinary or hotel management experience is an advantage.
· Minimum 1 years of experience in similar role as restaurant/café manager.
· Excellent/Advanced in technical, administrative, interpersonal skills and customer service are must.
· Knowing multiple languages is ad on.
