Responsibilities:
Safely and expertly operate luxury vehicles, including high-end sedans and limousines, ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers.
Provide exceptional customer service, catering to the unique needs and preferences of each client.
Maintain a polished and professional appearance, adhering to the highest standards of personal grooming and presentation.
Utilize the Uber and Yango platforms to efficiently manage ride requests and optimize route planning.
Uphold strict punctuality standards, ensuring on-time pickups and drop-offs for all assigned bookings.
Handle client inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Maintain accurate trip records, including mileage and expenses, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections, promptly reporting any maintenance or safety issues.
Stay up-to-date with local traffic regulations, road closures, and alternative routes to navigate traffic efficiently.
Requirements:
Valid UAE driving license, with a clean driving record and extensive driving experience.
Proven track record as a professional driver in the luxury transportation industry, preferably as a Limousine Driver or Chauffeur.
Familiarity with the Uber, Yango and Careem platforms and their operational procedures.
Strong knowledge of Dubai’s roads, traffic patterns, and landmarks.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a personalized and memorable experience for clients.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple bookings and prioritize effectively.
Impeccable grooming and presentation, reflecting the luxury standards of MIR Executive Transport.
Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Drivers with Previous Limousine / Taxi Experience with NOC for RTA Card preferred!
