We are looking for experienced and highly skilled back-end developers to join our team of creators. As back-end developers, you will be responsible for the server-side web application logic as well as for the integration of the front-end. Ideal candidates will have a unique blend of technical expertise, insatiable curiosity, and an analytical mindset and should be comfortable working independently as well as with a team in the design and development of mission-critical websites, applications, and layers of infrastructure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Develop functional and sustainable web applications with clean codes
• Develop ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
• Define and address technical and design requirements
• Build high-quality reusable code and libraries that can be used in the future
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
• Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct UI tests and optimize performance
• Provide training, help and support to internal teams
• Take lead on projects, as needed.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Programming or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a back-end developer
• In-depth understanding of the entire development process (design, development and deployment)
• Excellent analytical and time management skills
• Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Fluency or working knowledge of:
• Backend: Python, Celery, Django, DRF
• Cloud: AWS, DigitalOcean
• Frontend: Dart, Flutter (basic working knowledge)
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Keel.sh, C#
• Interactive: Unity3D
• Data: TensorFlow, Keras, Pandas, Scikit-learn, numPy
• Scripting: Bash, Python
• Mobile: iOS & Android SDK
