Job Description

To serve the needs of the business and team members by acting as the ambassador of the hotel, interacting with our guest, team members, suppliers on the telephone and in person. To provide administrative assistance to Food and Beverage Director / Manager, Executive Chef and entire Food and Beverage Department. To work closely with the Food and Beverage leaders that the operation requirements are in place in a timely manner.
The Food and Beverage Service and Kitchen Administrator is one of the most important positions for influencing smooth operation in the entire Food and Beverage Department. It is crucial that they extend service in a professional, friendly, courteous, efficient, and timely manner.

Qualifications

Must be at least college level and experience in administrative Must have previous experience in working as Admin in Food and Beverage Service and Culinary Must have knowledge of payroll system – webpaytrax Must be confident in any administrative job, organize and driven
