Our client: A leading FMCG company in the region is looking to hire an HR Business Partner.
Your role: As an HR Business Partner, you have the exciting role of aligning business objectives with the employees and management. Your mission is to build strong partnerships across the designated geography and corporate functions, delivering value-added services that empower and support both management and employees. To excel in this role, you are expected to maintain an effective level of business literacy, staying attuned to the organization’s culture and competitive landscape. Analyze trends and metrics in collaboration with the Corporate HR team, harnessing this knowledge to develop innovative solutions, programs, and policies that enhance organizational effectiveness. Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers, expertly managing the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders. Offer valuable guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning, contributing to the organization’s long-term success.
Skills
Must have: Must hold a minimum of 10 years of experience in an FMCG manufacturing and sales organization with a large workforce, providing you with valuable insights into the industry.
Possess a comprehensive working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
Hold a professional degree in HR, reflecting your deep understanding and expertise in the field.
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey your ideas and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Possess outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and provide exceptional support to stakeholders.
Showcase excellent time management skills, effectively juggling multiple priorities and consistently meeting deadlines. Must show proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems. Demonstrate your expertise in managing and resolving complex employee relations issues through effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
