Millennium Place Mirdif Hiring for Reservation Officer Job at Dubai Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Making reservations for guest based on their various requirements and rooms availability in the hotel.
• Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.
• Processing payments and sending confirmation details to guest.
• Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
• Selling and promoting reservation promotions.
• Answering any questions guest might have about the reservation process.
• Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing guest of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
• Providing support to guest. who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.

Requirements :

Candidate should be locally available within UAE.

Must have 1+ years of experience in UAE market within hospitality ( Hotels)

Arabic Speaker is a must

Opera knowledge is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED1,500.00 – AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
