Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Marketing Technology & Analytics Consulting practice within Reprise MENA. Reprise helps regional Marketing and Technology leaders craft their customer marketing technology vision in order to deliver a seamless customer experience that drives acquisition or supports client retention.
As such, the marketing technology practice helps our clients understand:
- Where they are today with respect to enabling capabilities across their entire marketing technology ecosystem (digital, offline, multi-media, measurement, data management)
- How their current state capabilities align to industry best practices, competitors, and their business needs
- What technology initiatives and functionality will enable them to achieve their business goals, while crafting the vision of their future state from an enabling capability perspective
- How to implement technology capabilities over time, detailing business benefits and value, while improving overall marketing performance
We are looking to grow our Marketing Technology Practice and are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager who can act as the liaison between the Reprise technical teams and our clients during technical implementation projects.
The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate Reprise technical resource during all project phases, from initial development through to implementation.
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of Reprise technical personnel while ensuring Reprise technical team members are actively working toward agreed project milestones
- Lead regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding technical projects
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for the Reprise team members required for specific projects or initiatives
- Monitor project progress continuously and provide reporting on measurable items, such as milestones, deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Communicate proactively with client Project Management personnel to identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
- One or more Project Management certifications from a credible Project Management Institute such as (PMI)
- 5 -10 years’ experience working in a digital agency, digital consulting firm or client side.
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in delivering technology, data and analytics projects
- Working knowledge of technical concepts and marketing measurement tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust & Firebase
- Excellent structured communication skills with the ability to frame complex digital marketing and technical concepts in a way that facilitates discussion and deeper levels of understanding to our clients. Ability to bridge marketing and technology personnel.
- Strong MS PowerPoint skills and ability to present to technical, business, and marketing audiences
- Ability to engage at multiple levels within client organizations to influence decisions
- Experience across multiple industries is a plus, with specific experience in Telco, Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, CPG and FMCG is strongly desired
- Ability to work in matrix environment and to serve as individual and team contributor, leading projects and initiatives
