Property / Facilities Management – Rental, upkeep, maintenance of offices and warehouses in JAFZA and DIFC. Residential properties of executives and maintaining an up-to-date record of all the activities.Overall attendance management for all employees based in Dubai. Ensuring all legal requirements of the executives, employees, and their families.Fleet Management: All the vehicles in personal and official use. Developing and maintaining the operating management system for the vehicles in official and personal use of the executives. This will include, fuel, toll, driver’s salaries benefits.Manage license renewals. Ensuring proper monitoring of its expiry and or cancellation whenever required.Manage General and Third-Party Insurance renewals of all properties: Residential or Commercial.Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts of all properties: Residential or Commercial.Liaise with government entities and manage / handle all legal paper and documentation of the company. Ensure to update the senior management on new government mandates.Build and main a network of contacts governmental and / or private to support the daily activities / tasks both onsite and offsite.
