General description:

Manage and Support Intl VP for channel and Sales Engineering in general administrative support tasks and HR tasks related to direct reports. Responsibilities include assisting supervisory and non-supervisory employees with various administrative support tasks.

These tasks may include, but are not limited to, general filing and records maintenance, compiling data for reports, assisting with administrative tasks associated with the cost center(s) budget(s), scheduling appointments and meetings, calendar maintenance for one or more employees, answering/screening telephone calls, preparing expense reports, preparing/editing presentations, making travel arrangements, distributing mail, greeting/escorting visitors, assisting new employees, duplicating, and other established general administrative tasks.

Coordinates work within the work unit and with other work units/departments, both internal and possibly external to the company.

May assist in supporting the general administrative work for one or more professional employees other than the direct supervisor.
What kind of work would you be doing?
-
Responsible for performing general administrative support tasks involved in an organization. Responsibilities include assisting supervisory and non- supervisory employees with various administrative support tasks.

On-boarding, terminations, time-off management, expense reporting, travel management, org chartupdates, PDLs management, employee learning certifications and other queries
-
Assist as needed, in annual budget planning and financial analysis modelling
-
Assist in Forecast and pipeline management – Assist in Create, consolidate, and provide forecast analysis on weekly basis
-
Support as needed, in operational data modeling tasks and pivot granular analysis
-
Assist with Sales Compensation Org in quota assignment, monthly review attainment vs quota- escalation with compensation team
-
Support as needed, with Pipeline reviews reporting and consolidation
-
Assist with Ad-hoc report preparation w/ pivot table
-
Drive Input, consolidation, and preparation for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Executive review calls and consolidation of slide decks
-
Responsible for communication and announcement coordination
-
Setting up conference calls such as 1:1s, Forecast/ Pipeline calls, All Hands calls, performance reviews
-
Set-up F2F or virtual events with internal and external parties
Education and Experience Required:
-
High school education or equivalent.
-
To adequately perform the duties of the job individuals must possess a minimum of 3 year general administrative experience , or equivalent college level education.

Advanced English language skills
-
Good knowledge of the administrative methods, expertise in Microsoft office tools and data management, and an acumen to develop the required administrative skills of the job.
