The Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the entity.

This is a senior leadership position that requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in finance, accounting, investments, and government operations.

Description
Develop and execute financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support the company’s long-term objectives.

Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and regulatory filings in accordance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and provide guidance on capital allocation and investment decisions.

Set performance objectives, conduct regular performance evaluations, and identify training and development needs to enhance the team’s skills and capabilities.

Monitor and analyse key financial metrics, KPIs, and variances to ensure financial health and proactively address any issues.

Profile
UAE National with Family BookBachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

Professional certifications such as ACCA, ACA, CMA, or CPA are required.12+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with a proven history of leadership and financial management.

Strong experience in investment management and financial analysis.
Flexibility to work in AbuDhabi Office when needed.
Previous experience working with Dubai government entities is highly preferred.
