About Our Client
Our client is an award-winning and renowned service company headquartered in Dubai. Its services include construction and engineering, remote site services or supply chain/logistics distribution. It is urgently seeking to hire a Senior Finance Manager for the Dubai office (25-30% travel).

This reputable company has operations in over 10 countries and over 3000 employees. It is actively looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join the Engineering and Construction division to expand its workforce.
Job Description
- Oversee the financial strategic planning and prepare monthly review packs for Corporate finance report
- Ensure that all activities are performed in a timely manner in order to comply with the reporting deadlines
- Develop budgets and meet business requirements
- Conduct regular financial analysis and recommend solutions to any problems
- Ensure all financial and accounting information are recorded accurately
- Ensure all accounting activities comply with local financial laws and regulations
- Assist and advise the top management on spending, cost controls, and resource allocation that would lead to achieve the financial targets
- Liaise with the external financial entities on behalf of the company
- Set up KPI’s for direct reports, conduct reviews and mentor and support the team
The Successful Applicant
- Professional financial qualification / certification is mandatory (CPA, CMA or similar)
- An extensive and recent experience within a construction and/or contracting firm is an absolute must
- 10 years of experience within the relevant function
- European experience is required
- French language would be a strong asset
- Knowledge of Oracle is a nice-to-have
