Description
Develop and execute the overall data analytics strategy aligned with the company’s objectives, ensuring a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Lead and manage a team of data analysts and scientists, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback to drive a high-performing and collaborative culture.

Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to identify key business challenges and opportunities, translating them into analytical requirements and actionable insights.

Design and implement advanced analytical models, statistical techniques, and algorithms to analyze complex data sets, uncover trends, and provide strategic recommendations.

Establish and maintain data governance processes and quality standards to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across the organization.

Utilize data visualization tools to create dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights and trends to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of data analytics, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the availability, security, and scalability of data analytics infrastructure and tools.
Drive the adoption of data analytics best practices and ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and policies.
Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management, conveying complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner.

Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.

Proven experience (minimum 8-10 years) in a senior data analytics or related role, preferably in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.

Strong expertise in data analytics tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and/or SAS.Extensive experience in data manipulation, data visualization, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.

Solid understanding of data governance, data quality management, and data security practices.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify patterns and trends from large and complex data sets.
Knowledge of industry-specific analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, BigQuery) is preferred.
Familiarity with cloud-based data technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Professional certifications in data analytics or related fields are highly desirable.
