Job Description
- Assisting the Marketing Manager with all Marketing related tasks
- Work with the recruitment consultants on any marketing related requirements, as and when necessary
- Create daily social media posts for ME and Africa and manage/supervise all social media inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Research and develop content for the website, ebooks and social media
- Design artworks/promotional material on Canva when required
- Assist at small sized events with registration, event management, etc.
- Work with the Design team to create ebooks, brochures, etc.
- Brief the Digital team for changes on the website, brief in articles, etc.
- Assist in arranging events for CSR when required
- Assist with PR activities (updating media lists, researching trends, story tracking, etc.)
- Create monthly marketing reports on Excel using data from different sources
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be familiar with Marketing messaging and channels, along with:
- Good video editing skills
- Regular use of Canva
- Social media management, with basic copywriting skills
- Basic Google Analytics knowledge
- Expert knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Corporate experience, preferably in an MNC
- Friendly, outgoing, sharp, presentable, able to multitask and work on deadlines
