Job Description
- Business partner with different departments and implement strategies to streamline business performance
- Oversee the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Subsequently analyse any variances and implement strategies to capitalise on financial objectives
- Ensure all accounting transactions and reports are recorded accurately in compliance with regulations
- Implement and maintain effective accounting policies to ensure robust controls
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and external parties to secure funding and capital requirements
- Formulate best practices to streamline business activities and foster a continuous development environment
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 10 years of experience, of which, at least 3 years are within a start-up/ fast-paced organisation
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related; professional accounting qualification is a PLUS
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
