Job Description
- Prepare and distribute invoices to the relevant department
- Process new contracts in a timely manner
- Work closely with all departments to ensure that billing is accurate
- Maintain an updated record of all accounts receivables transactions
- Assist with customer accounts reconciliations when and as required
- Resolve any billing related queries and complaints
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous, strong attention to detail
- Exemplary organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills
