Job Description
The candidate will be working closely with the senior management on the team and will be responsible for working on end-to-end RE deals, locally and internationally.
The Successful Applicant
- Must have strong 1-4 years of experience in RE/Private Equity/Direct Investments in international markets
- Must have worked on end to end deals (ex. experience in closing deals)
- Must have excellent financial modelling skills
- Must have international markets (EU, US, UK) experience at a PE or AM (most suitable candidate will have work experience in Europe +/ North America and looking to relocate/already relocated)
- Strong interest in or knowledge of Real Estate
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Finance / Economics/Accounting; Master’s degree or/and pursuing CFA is preferred
