Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for working on end-to-end deals:
- Conducting valuations for very large and interesting projects
- Creating a variety of financial models (BS, IS, etc.)
- Creating various marketing materials
- Liaising with PE’s and Financial Institutions
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Finance / Economics from a reputed western university
- Have a Master’s degree or/and MBA and/or CFA/CA is a preferred
- Have an investment banking background or the Big 4 having worked on deals end to end (1-4 years experience)
- Have experience in creating pitch books, IM’s, etc.
- Have strong knowledge of basic accounting & finance (depreciation, interest rate, WACC, LBO, etc.)
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills
