MHM Properties Looking for Telesales Representative at Dubai Full Time

MHM PROPERTIES is looking for an experienced Telesales Representative with experience in Dubai-based Real Estate Companies. 

Responsibilities

• Cold-calling clients using a given phone directory to buy/sell properties. 
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers. 
• Use scripts to provide information about property’s offers, features, prices etc.  
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements 
• Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs 
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation 
• Meet sales quota and facilitate future sales 
• Maintain client database accurately in a computer system 
• Schedule meetings with clients over the phone
