JOB PURPOSEData & CRM Specialist role is responsible for measuring digital experiences, performance of various campaigns by identifying lead optimization opportunities via data tools and reporting systems, CRM, dashboards and curate data sets for seasonal predictability, campaign performance and quality analysis of leads & opportunities, lead nurture time, opportunity to closed sale nurture time etc; to determine what products are in demand, who will purchase the products, competition analysis and the price customers are willing to pay to open their business in Meydan Free Zone.Responsibilities1. Contribute to developing unassisted digital experience strategies, define product roadmap to digitize customer support and service using tools like chatbots, self-service solutions like cost calculator by identifying the biggest customer pain points.2. Develop detailed CRM product features, requirements and implementation plans and lead projects for Customer Support transformation in an agile manner to enable efficient operations and better customer experience. (E.g., CRM tools, self-service channels for customers).3. Prepare reports on campaign findings, key word analysis, lead quality per SEM campaign, leads acquired via automated tools such as chats, cost calculator while illustrating data with graphs and translating complex results into written texts that are clear and understandable.4. Gather information on competitors, and conduct analysis and present report on their sales, prices and methods of distribution and marketing to thoroughly learn about the competition and also collect and analyze data regarding customer preferences, demographics, buying habits and needs to better identify market potential and factors influencing product demand.Track and forecast leads / opportunity trends in marketing and analyze in detail the data collected to provide management with thorough reports and results and create a portfolio of compelling case studies from various data sets on defining the target audience that converts for Meydan Free Zone.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent.2 years of knowledge of CRMs. Professional certifications in Project Management, Agile, or Process Improvement a plusTechnical Skills1. Strong experience in reporting systems using Tableau and Dashboards. Must be able to visually represent data from table format. Expertise in CRM Automation Strategy, Adobe Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Machine Learning tools.2. Strong verbal and written communication skills to share proposed design and capture feedback from senior leadership and cross-functional teams.3. Customer-focused and empathetic, interested and adept at using data and qualitative methods to understand user needs and behavior.4. Able to identify customer pain and opportunities and prioritize which get addressed first.Soft Skills1. Ability to communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.2.
