We are a dynamic and growing company looking for an exceptional Executive Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Coordinate and attend meetings, take notes and minutes
Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations
Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Anticipate and proactively handle the needs of the executive and the team
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar administrative role
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
High level of discretion and professionalism
