Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized Admin Assistant who is trustworthy, reliable, eager to learn and willing to grow with the business to join our Administration team. The Admin Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office by managing front desk duties and providing administrative support to both the Admin Team and Sales Team to ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize daily tasks and work well in a team environment.Responsibilities: · Set up product codes, categories and other product details required in the system.· Maintain daily and weekly reports such as stock on hand and customer sales reports.· Prepare shipping documents (Invoices, Packing list and COO)· Coordinate and schedule with our warehouse team for pick and pack the local and export deliveries.· Provide information to customers about the status of their orders and send pre- alert emails for shipping documents and delivery information.· Arrange courier services (for collecting and receiving)· Coordinate and arrange office bills payment (Etisalat, DEWA, Office cooling)· Manage the annual car parking contract for office staff.· Maintain and reorder office supplies and pantry items. Qualifications· Minimum 3 years of Admin Assistant experience.· Experience with SAGE preferred. · Experience in the distribution sector preferred. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.· Strong and flexible time-management and multitasking abilities. · Great attention to detail.· Works collaboratively with colleagues and contributes to a positive work environment.· Flexible and open to adjusting priorities as needed
