Merich Global, a highly reputed and young FMCG distribution company, is looking for Van Sales Representatives who can immediately join and become a member of this fantastic team. Merich Global is offering a competitive salary and comission.
Responsibilities and Duties
Achieves the daily and monthly sales target by ensuring complete coverage of all designated areas, by visiting all the customers in the daily journey plan and by making sales calls with the Merich Global MSL.
Presents, promotes and sells Merich Global portfolio to existing and prospective customers.
Makes collections and settles with the finance department.
Builds strong and long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Submits daily activity report to the Supervisor detailing among other sales performance, market coverage and competitors’ activities.
Requirements
Valid UAE driving license (manual).
Hindi or Malayalam languages.
High School Diploma.
At least 2-3 years of experience as a Van Salesman in dairy sector.
Exceptional ability in meeting sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
