We are currently looking for a talented professional Assistant Operation + Contract Manager DMC in Dubai (Multi-Languages Preferred) to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
•Assist the Operation and Contract Manager in overseeing daily operations.
•Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers, including hotels, transportation providers, and tour operators.
•Ensure smooth execution of tour itineraries and handle any operational issues.
•Liaise with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs.
•Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
•Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
•Support the team in achieving financial targets and maintaining high-quality service standards.

Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
•Minimum of 8 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a DMC.
•Familiarity with multiple languages is preferred.
•Strong knowledge of the UAE tourism market and local suppliers.
•Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
•Ability to manage contracts and build relationships with suppliers.
•Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
