Our client, an international law firm recognised for its contentious work, having represented a series of major contractors on significant disputes relating to key developments in Dubai and the region, is wishing to recruit a 2-4 years PQE construction and arbitration associate to join their busy and growing team.
The primary focus of the role is contentious construction and international arbitration and ADR. However, it may also include some non-contentious construction and insurance work.
This person will be common law qualified with a min 2:1 law degree. You will have contentious construction experience but may consider candidates with general commercial or insurance litigation experience who would like to specialise in construction litigation. Insurance Litigation experience will be sought and previous work experience in Middle East will be advantageous.
