- Engaging customers online
- Marketing and sharing product knowledge with the customer
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Coordinate the ordering processes
- Works hand in hand with the production department and the delivery department until the order reaches the customer.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Be able to speak Arabic and be available to join immediately
