Our ideal candidate will have the following experience and competencies:
- At least 4 years experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant.
- In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
- With strong personality and will be able to handle the pressure in a growing operations
- Can start immediately
The successful candidate will undertake the following (included but not limited to):
- Preparing, memos, letters and other documents.
- Office Management
- Event management
- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees and executives.
- Organizing events, meetings, concerts, etc.
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
- Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Decision maker if needed
- Will assist the executives with over all operations in the company
