Job Summary
The Clinic receptionist is responsible for receiving patients in the clinics and answering the call and inquiries.
The candidate must be comfortable in working independently in a community oriented clinic.
Job Duties
- Receiving patients and assisting them in opening their files for treatment.
- Answering phone calls.
- Assuring the well archiving for patients’ files.
- Checking stock of equipment and informing management of shortages.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Experience with billing
- Knowledge of insurance
Job Requirements
- Degree is required in any related field.
- A minimum of three years of customer care experience.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Records maintenance skills.
- Very good skills in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff from diverse communities.
- Database management skills
