MEC Group Hiring for General Accountant-Female Tagalog Speaking Job at Dubai Full Time

We are hiring a female General Accountant for our office in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:

• Processing Payments & Completing Expense Entries – Prepayment & Monthly Payments
• Recording of Received Payments & Tracking of Post-Dated Cheques.
• Manages Office & Store Petty Cash – to ensure there’s no Outstanding Expenses
• Bank Reconciliation (Company Ledger vs. Bank Statement)
• Managing & Completing Journal Entries – Daily & Monthly Basis – Accounting
• Knows how to use software: Microsoft Dynamics 365 & QuickBooks
• Statement of Accounts Reconciliation & Preparing Balance Confirmations for Suppliers & Customers.
• Ensuring all Purchase Orders, Sales Orders are completed & Invoice in a timely manner.
• Consolidating Sales Report – To Ensure Stores are obtaining Targets
