We are looking for a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant to support our client’s senior management team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in real estate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at managing multiple priorities.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.Handle communications on behalf of executives, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications.Liaise with internal staff at all levels.Interact with external clients and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Conduct research, assemble data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives.Manage projects and follow-up with team members where required.Maintain a strong filing system and handle data entry and database management tasks.
