Role: Marketing Assistant (FEMALE ONLY)
Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a competent Marketing Assistant with a highly organized personality. The candidate must have excellent communication and writing skills and preferably with 1 experience in Real Estate.

Responsibilities:

• Handling CRM and monitoring other Property advertisement portals.
• Handling, listing/Editing online portals for marketing and advertising purpose via social media and websites , like property finder.
• Create and prepare presentations and daily reports.
• Conducting market research to evaluate market trend
• Promoting projects and properties through various property listing portals
• Overseeing and managing all of the company social media accounts
• Creating and publishing daily digital content
• Monitoring competitor activity within the digital marketing space
• Performance of all digital marketing activities
• Adhering to the company standard and policies.

Requirements:

• 1 year of Experience in Digital Marketing
• Preferably with 1 year of Experience in real estate
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Excellent Writing skills
• Effective communicator
• Professionally Dressed / Highly Organized
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Must be proficient in MS Office.
• Graphic Designing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to prioritize, and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
• Must be able to multi-task and communicate clearly, comprehensively.
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube and TikTok

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
