Are you a game designer with a profound interest in FPSs and enjoy figuring out what engages players in this genre? What kind of content and features are needed? Which goals and rewards should our upcoming title have? And how should our battle pass be set up? Or should we have something else instead of a battle pass?
So many questions and this is where you come into play!
We are indeed developing a high-profile, competitive, multi-player FPS and we want you to become a part of our journey, contributing with your knowledge and ideas in player engagement.
The quest
You will be part of our delightful Design team (7 members) and your mission will be to create systems that will continue to engage our players from the first minutes of playing and beyond. Guiding players to enhance their in-game experience and be part of our journey for a long time to come.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with all our departments to ensure that there is both content and technology to support the engagement design.
The challenge is to create an experience that respects the game’s core vision and is fair to the players while making sure the game is a blast to play.
Your player profile
Perhaps you are currently working at another studio or maybe you have a strong desire to re-join the industry, either way, we want you to be a collaborative, open-minded person, passionate about gaming.
We believe that you truly enjoy collaborating with people from different crafts to understand what tools and systems are needed to create an epic gaming experience.
Background/Skills:
At least 5+ years of professional experience as a Game Designer or Live Game Producer, with an orientation in areas such as Progression, Engagement, Retention, Analytics, Monetization, Game Economy, System Design
Fluent in English
Bonus:
Experience developing games in the FPS genre
