Purpose of Role
To lead and manage responsibility of the respective EB Corporate Clients portfolio
Key Responsibilities
Managing Existing Portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and support the team in building strong relationships with clients
Ensure the delivery of the Best in class service to Marsh clients
- Monitoring client satisfaction and addressing service concerns
- Building, developing and managing accounts
- Engage in the different Marsh activities and Campaigns to Marsh clients
Renewal of the existing portfolio
- Renewal of the existing portfolio and team portfolio
- A review of insurable risks and exposures
- Marketing and tendering of the insurance requirements at renewal
- Reviewing market analysis to determine client needs and designing insurance programs
- Developing and making presentations to key decision makers
- Managing annual insurance renewals including strategy development and timelines
Expansion
- Expansion of the existing portfolio through business penetration
Support and act as Subject matter expert to team members when expert advice is needed
- Introducing other Products and other lines of business based on risk assessment and client needs
- Approach new prospects to introduce Marsh services and achieve New Business target
Support Business development team in growing the business
- Referrals from existing clients to grow the book of business
Compliance
- Ensuring the accuracy of Policy contracts and any documentation going out to clients
- Ensuring compliance with latest policies and ensuring that the same is in line with other regulatory requirements
- Matching client risk issues with marsh capabilities
People
Manage and Build a Team of Client executives
Coach and guide team members to better service the clients
- Maintaining good relations with Insurance market
- Proactive communication with all internal and external units globally
- Self generating new ideas and capable of closure on existing/outstanding issues
Competencies
- Strong technical EB skills i.e. claims analysis, product knowledge, broking, basic underwriting knowledge
- High level of customer service and focus
- Knowledge of and experience with various sales techniques
Ability to manage a team and monitor performance of team members
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office /other PC based applications and excellent analytical skills
- Competitive, goal driven attitude, focused “go getter” approach

Special Knowledge and Skills
- Sound understanding of the Employee Benefits Insurance industry, along with understanding of the specific role of a Client relationship Manager Team Leader and its working practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree graduate
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in Medical/Life insurance industry (either Insurer / Broker)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously
- Arabic is a plus
