JOB SUMMARY
As a member of the EMEA HR Compensation & Benefits Team, the Senior Manager-HR Technology, Compensation & Benefits contributes specialized knowledge and skill in HR technology and systems, execution of annual C&B processes and projects, analytics and any compensation and benefits activities to support the team and/ or department business objectives.
Leveraging compensation data (internal & external) and HR systems, such as mHUB (Oracle HCM), and a range of other existing business systems, the role will also collaborate closely with others to perform annual compensation processes in mHUB, transform manual data sources and other available static information into solutions that facilitate the (semi) automation of information, intelligence, and reports, as and where needed.
The role will contribute knowledge and skill in C&B and HR Technology to enable Marriott International and its brands to attract, engage, educate and retain its world class talent. The role will focus on providing support to the corporate offices across EMEA while supporting hotels where and as required and will be pivotal to support the C&B Team and HR Teams to achieve the department objectives.
The role should be preferably based in Dubai, but other location can be an option.
