JOB OVERVIEW: Ensure that operations comply with hygiene and food safety standards. Advise on proper food handling practices and provide food hygiene training for all new hires and trainees. Identify key areas of risk in various food operations and take preemptive remedial action. Provide technical advice on product labeling issues in order to meet all legal requirements.
