Mark Williams Recruitment is a British owned recruitment company, based in Business Bay. Operating in the UAE since 2009, we specialize in providing Emiratization and financial services recruitment solutions to clients ranging from local SME’s to top tier global organizations.

We have a vacancy for a recent graduate to join our industry-leading internship programme, the successful graduate must currently be residing in the UAE.

The 12-week internship programme at Mark Williams Recruitment will give you a comprehensive introduction to the recruitment industry, hands on business development experience and a unique insight into the UAE job market. You will receive full training and guidance from the UAE’s top recruitment talent.

During your internship at Mark Williams you will gain invaluable experience in candidate resourcing, market mapping, CV analysis, business development and building relationships with clients. You will also gain a solid understanding of the intricacies of the UAE job market.

We are looking for motivated graduates with excellent communication skills, tenacity and the drive to develop in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:

• recent graduate currently residing in the UAE with Bachelors degree in HR, Finance, Marketing, Psychology or general business administration
• outstanding English communication skills with a natural flair for open conversation
• comfortable to work to targets
• currently residing in UAE and able to hit the ground running
