The unique nature of Marina concept stores have ensured its continued success throughout the markets it operates in, where it has become a distinctive brand of quality.About the Role:The Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist will work collaboratively with hiring managers whilst developing strong relationships and ensuring that the best candidates are identified to meet the business needs. This role will report to the Senior Manager – HR directly. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment & onboarding cycle, including sourcing applicants, initial screening, assisting with the interview process and providing feedback, completing the offer process, and full 360 onboarding of the hired candidate whilst keeping engaged with the candidate throughout the process. This role will adhere to relevant Market’s (UAE & GCC) labor law and local regulations governing the employment process.This role will manage multiple vacancies at one time including volume & blue collar recruitment as well as mid-management to senior level recruitment and will manage relationships with 3rd party recruitment agencies which also include overseeing contract agreements. This role requires a thorough understanding of UAE & GCC labor laws and various visa processes required to successfully onboard a candidate. To be considered for this role, the candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within Talent Acquisition & Onboarding with experience working with the UAE & GCC markets and ideally from a retail business background. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and multi-task effectively working on a number of vacancies simultaneously, whilst achieving deadlines within a timely manner. Due to the nature of the role, the candidate should have excellent English written and verbal communication skills and have experience working in a complex role with a broad base of cultures.We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a 360 talent acquisition & onboarding process experience, proving the ability to source and hire appropriate candidates to meet the business requirements and ensuring applicant engagement through-out their pre-joining and onboarding process.Skills & Qualifications:Relevant talent acquisition experience of 5+ years.Recruiting and Onboarding.Experience in recruiting for retail and fashion industries is preferred.Experience in blue collar, volume & specialized senior level recruitment is mandatory Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS is a plusUAE driver’s license is a plus
