Job Title: AccountantJob Duties:· Assist with management of Payables/Receivables inbox and process all bills/invoices in a timely manner· Communicate with external vendors and resolve issues· Ensure all bills/invoices comply with company policies· Assist with preparation of payment batches, bank reconciliations· Assist with inventory tracker maintenance for accounting entries· Assist with month-end, year-end: including but not limit to preparing accruals, financial statements, audit documentation supportSkills and Qualifications:· Good understanding and working experience of Import documentation and requirements· Accounting knowledge is a plus· Must be familiar with Xero, Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.· Manage deadlines and sometimes difficult situations, therefore an element of negotiation is required to be able to meet timescales.· The role is suited to someone who can work on their own initiative and is also a team player.· Requires good administrative skills and well organized and able to manage priorities· Good communication skills a must, as the role entails interacting with internal depts, buying teams, DC, external vendors across the world
