ITI with minimum 3 years of experience or non-ITI with hands-on
experience of more than 8 years as Turner. Experience using
measurement and quality control devices including gauges,
micrometers, calipers and other quality inspection devices.
Able to read and interpret blue prints and job orders
Knowledge of machines and component parts
Review drawing and blueprints
Knowledge of Installation and commissioning of Machines
Knowledge of hand grinding / polishing
Knowledge of Straightening
Knowledge of Bush replacement
Knowledge of Pressure testing
Knowledge of Honing
Measuring Instrument knowledge
Crane Operations / Lifting Techniques / Safety Inspection
Use of hand tools, power tools etc
