Our client is searching for a detail-oriented and organized Manufacturing Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Abu Dhabi.About the role: About the Role:In this fast-paced role, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and finished goods within our manufacturing operations. You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including coordinating transportation, managing inventory, and ensuring on-time deliveries.Key Responsibilities:Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate and manage all aspects of the internal and external supply chain, ensuring timely movement of raw materials, components, and finished products.Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, implement effective stock control procedures, and minimize storage costs.Transportation Management: Organize and manage the transportation of goods, including scheduling deliveries, selecting carriers, and negotiating rates.Customs Clearance (if applicable): Oversee the customs clearance process for imported and exported goods, ensuring compliance with all regulations.Warehouse Operations Support: Assist with warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.Production Support: Provide logistical support to production processes, ensuring timely availability of materials and components.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics documentation, and prepare reports on inventory levels, delivery schedules, and other key metrics.Quality Assurance: Contribute to quality assurance efforts by ensuring proper handling and storage of materials and products.You’re an Ideal Fit if You Have:A minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of logistics principles and best practices.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to identify and address potential logistical issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments within the organization.Fluency in English and Arabic is a strong asset.If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for logistics and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply!
