Our client is currently hiring for a Team Leader – Real Estate
- Knowledge of the real estate market of Dubai
- Leadership skill and ability to work in a team as well as create a team
- HR skills preferred
- Russian speaking (preferred)/ proficiency in English
- Willingness to learn and follow the developer’s projects
- Russian speaking real estate agent required
- promote the company in the field of real estate
- Actively manage sales channels and achieve goals
- Building a strong deal system and attracting new potential clients
- Participation in the process of recruiting sales staff and marketing manager,
- Relationship management with customers and trading partners.
- Attending conferences, seminars and meetings to promote the company among the client base
- Research areas of the industry that affect sales
- Set goals for the team quarterly and annually
- Keep industry knowledge up to date
- Training of staff and partners
- Minimum experience in real estate in Dubai: 1 year
- UAE driver’s license
