Job Summary
To support the Senior Vice President – Enrolments & Corporate Relations to achieve enrolment targets and to collaborate with in-house teams and other GEMS entities, to ensure high service standards and brand awareness are met in all aspects of customer relations. The Sales & Corporate Relations Manager is responsible for the development, growth, and management of sales/enrolment aspects of the department, including enrolment, and client relations management.
Key Accountabilities
Develop the pipeline for new business coming into the community to ensure enrolment at a GEMS school.
Assist, SVP Enrolments & Corporate Relations to develop and implement a school marketing strategy in conjunction with Corporate Marketing to create brand awareness and look to identify areas of opportunity for building relationships.
Organize, implement and perform all levels of prospecting, proposal development and presentation, contract agreement details, and customer relations follow up in a team environment as a direct representative of GEMS.
Increase seat placements from existing corporate companies in order to reach enrolment budgets.
Undertake regular surveys of new parent views on enrolment process and other subjects of relevance. Collate responses and produce analysis with recommendations.
Coordinate promotional events targeting new parents and corporate companies to promote new school to the GEMS network.
Measure school FOH team’s performance to ensure maximum conversion rate.
Maintain open lines of communication to existing parents to ensure their concerns, complaints and feedback are handled effectively, efficiently and in a timely manner (liaising with other school personnel or departments as required).
Promote, when appropriate, other GEMS schools by arranging appointments, interviews and facilitate relationships between parents and GEMS schools.

Experience
A minimum two years in a customer service focused role
Proven success with meeting sales targets is mandatory; ability to influence the team to deliver quality results and meet sales targets consistently is critical.
Relationship management experience – able to build and influence professional relationships with peer group as well as parental community.
