Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing operational costs and identifying opportunities for enhancement.Conduct thorough analyses of production expenses to uncover trends, discrepancies, and areas ripe for improvement.Generate comprehensive reports that detail production costs, labor expenditures, material consumption, and overhead expenses.Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making and effective cost management strategies.Work closely with finance and operations teams to formulate manufacturing budgets and forecasts.Track actual performance against established budgetary targets and projected figures.Spot deviations and collaborate with stakeholders to rectify discrepancies and mitigate potential risks.Identify avenues to enhance manufacturing processes and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.Partner with cross-functional teams to execute process enhancements and cost-reduction initiatives.Assess the success of implemented changes and make necessary adjustments.Assist in the establishment of a General Accounting Shared Services team as part of a long-term strategy.Michael Page is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
