Public Relations Officer

Job Location : UAE

Job Description :

• Handle the PRO services such as; Visa Application, Visa Cancellation, Trade Licenses, WPS, Bank Account Openings and other government compliance for Freezones and mainland.
• Ensure efficient services related to employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration, RTA, Ministry of Labor & and Consulates, and Business Licenses to the company and its Group.
• Coordinate with the HR department to ensure accurate assessment and prepare all requisite documentation for the business setup process.
• Coordinate with the Legal department for renewals of Establishment cards.
• Ensure smooth and prompt visa processing for new hires and visa renewals for existing employees.
• Prepare all required documents like MOL contracts, temporary work permits, visa applications and EID applications.
• Keep track of all application approvals and inform HR about the issues to avoid rejections.
• Keep track of Tawjeeh training of staff and ensure it is submitted before expires.

Job Details :

• High School diploma or equivalent – Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• 3 – 5 years of local experience; liaising with Immigration, Labor department and other government departments for all employee affairs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE Labor Law and immigration rules.
• Good knowledge of all governmental processes and procedures
• Good command of English and Arabic, both oral and written.
• Excellent problem-solving and quality control skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Positive and flexible attitude.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
