Job Description
– Heading operations team of 3-4 staff in UAE
– Heading operations for Series and FIT passengers
– Managing hotel room inventory
– Contracting with key suppliers
– Innovating products in terms of customer experience and pricing
– Handling on ground customer escalations
– Managing relationships with key stakeholders in Indian across all channels to get maximum share of the business
– Effectively able to manage a team, identify individual skills sets and assign tasks accordingly in order to maintain a lean on ground structure
– Be proactive in terms of product and process innovation, environment scanning
– Ability to manage relationships across the boardhotels, service providers etc
