Job Purpose:
- The role of the project executive is to assist and support in the planning and execution of end-to-end projects for Global Snow (Snow AD, Snow Oman, Ski Dubai & Ski Egypt)
Job Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Prepare presentations, financial and management reports for the General Manager.
- Performs standard office procedures including scheduling appointments and processing mail.
- Travel arrangements where required.
- Files and retrieves records and correspondence.
- Works directly with various departments to help implement project goals.
- Creates, manages, and distributes project communications artifacts like project charters, RACI and schedules.
- Collaborates with stakeholders on project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed.
- Develops and maintains standard project documentation and pro-active work action items.
- Develops comprehensive and detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Communicates routinely to management, project team members, and other stakeholders, actively soliciting and addressing project team feedback.
- Prepares presentations and clearly communicate projects deliverable to senior leadership.
- Manage the relationship with the relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee the day-to-day project management.
- Build weekly/ monthly reports, track & communicate performance data.
- Complete any tasks assigned by the business.

Minimum experience
- 3-5 years experience with project management/administrative experience.
Minimum Qualifications/education
- High School Diploma and college graduate.
